Brand development for vegan shoe designer

B_Boheme

CHALLENGE

With so much interest in sustainable and vegan values, well-established vegan designer shoe brand, B_Boheme identified an opportunity to expand on a global scale. 

Unclear as to whether the brand was ready to communicate on such a broad basis, we were asked to support in defining a brand and business strategy for the next five years.

SOLUTION

We conducted a brand workshop with key B_Boheme stakeholders. The output of this was an abbreviated brand vision, mission, values and tone of voice document which would be used to help future employees, suppliers and partners understand B_Boheme’s positioning.

We also conducted a full business audit validating the five year forecast and an assessment on which physical and retail brands B_Boheme should consider partnering with. An ecommerce platform audit was carried out and finally marketing costs assigned for the five year plan.

RESULTS

Our proposition ‘to be the world’s leading vegan designer brand’ has been adopted by the business and is core to its philosophy as the brand expands. A stunning brand pack was developed to summarise all of our findings.
